Short Synopsis

Ten people take part in a race broadcast live on television. The rule is simple: never stop. Each withdrawal brings the remaining survivors closer to an unimaginable prize: 8.19 billion. Under the eyes of a spectacle-hungry audience, exhaustion turns the game into a moral trial. Here, running is no longer a choice. It is a matter of life.

Long Synopsis

In a world where everything becomes entertainment, one show both shocks and fascinates:
a human race broadcast live on television, watched by millions of viewers.

Ten contestants, each from different backgrounds, set off on a long, endless stretch of road.
Each has a reason to run: debt, illness, survival, glory, or despair.
The rules are clear, cold, and unapologetic:
to stop, slow down, or break the instructions means immediate elimination.

A cynical chief oversees the game, assisted by agents responsible for enforcing the rules.
From a distance, a commentator turns every event into spectacle, counting the miles, the dropouts, the exhausted bodies, as if narrating a sports match.

As the hours pass, the contestants begin to break.
Solidarity fades, rebellion erupts, and choices become impossible.
The audience watches.
Some cheer.
Others are entertained.

When only one survivor remains, the question is no longer who has won,
but what everyone has agreed to watch.

8.19 BILLION is a hard-hitting work about dehumanization, spectacle television, and the true price of money in a world where death can become a game.
